Terms & Conditions

Skydive Cancellation Policy

A booking online or via telephone is considered firm and so a 24 hour cancellation notice is required. Online bookings are confirmed with credit card and so will be charged accordingly if the 24 hour cancellation policy has not been adhered to. If the weather conditions are not suitable for skydiving then we will offer you alternative times and days. If these times don’t suit you then you will not be charged.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. They are not refundable but are transferable and upgradeable. They also carry a 100kg weight limit for the skydive. The voucher must be presented on arrival for your skydive. Please remember that skydiving is a weather dependent activity.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable but are transferable and upgradeable. They are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Gift cards are redeemable at Skydive Taupo OR at Skydive Auckland. There is a strict 100kg / 220lb weight restriction. The voucher must be presented on arrival for your skydive. If the full monetary value of gift card is not used then no cash difference will be given. Please remember that skydiving is a weather dependent activity.

Second Jump

A second jump at a discounted rate may be taken after a tandem skydive from 15,000ft or above has been purchased with DVD and Photo package. Uptake is based on seats available or at the discretion of the drop zone staff. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. It must be used by original tandem customer. It’s non transferrable and only valid for one month after initial tandem skydive. Uptake can be at either Skydive Auckland or Skydive Taupo and proof of purchase or ID maybe required.

Pricing and GST

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include the 15% GST (Goods and Service Tax). We are unable to accept payment in any other currency. Your card issuer may apply charges for currency conversion. These charges are applied by your card issuer, we accept no responsibility for these. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. We will not change the price of a Skydive or order you have already made without prior notification. This may only happen in the unlikely event that a typing error has occurred and the price has been displayed incorrectly. In this instance, we reserve the right to withdraw your order and offer at the correct price. Any unlikely occurrence will be dealt with at our discretion.

Payment

We accept Visa and Mastercard. To pay by Credit Card select the card type and fill in your card details; card number, expiry date and card holders full name. By giving us your Credit Card details you agree for us to take full payment from your credit card.

Online Security

Shopping with us online is safe. Your credit card details do not get processed or transmitted through or via our website; all transactions are processed through a secure payment service provider.

Your credit card details are not held by us and cannot be accessed by our staff. Credit card issuers usually cover their customers against fraud for online transactions. Check with your card issuer for details.

Delivery

Your goods will be delivered within New Zealand at a cost of $10 and overseas at a cost of $20. Your merchandise will be dispatched within 2 working days of your order. We aim to get your goods to you within 7 working days of receiving your order within New Zealand and 14 days for overseas orders. We cannot be responsible for the New Zealand Postal Service. Gift vouchers can be emailed to you at no cost other wise its $2 within NZ and $5 worldwide.

Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason we will be happy to give you a full refund if you return the goods to us undamaged within 14 days. Please notify us by email the reason why you are dissatisfied with the goods, before you return them. Goods returned without prior notification will not be accepted.

New Zealand Applicable Law

This contract is deemed to be made in New Zealand and the law of New Zealand, and no other country, will apply to all issues relating to the contract or arising out of the contract.
